  • To delete a Zoom meeting, simply open the Appointment activity, locate the cross icon next to the Zoom meeting details, and select it. This will remove the Zoom meeting.

If you’re having trouble with the Zoom integration, try the following:

  • Can't connect Zoom: Ensure you’re using the correct Zoom credentials and have granted the necessary permissions.

  • Meeting not being created: Verify that the Zoom meeting toggle is turned on in your Appointment activity and that all required fields are filled out.

  • Zoom meeting can't be deleted: Make sure you are selecting the cross icon to delete the Zoom meeting in your Appointment activity and saving the changes.
